A Limited Cross Reference Between
The Bible and The Urantia Book
Said Thomas and Nathaniel about Jesus: He is
either what he professes to be or else he is the greatest hypocrite and fraud
the world has ever known.
161:2:4 = Paper 161:Sec.2:Par.4
In Paper 155:5,6 Jesus presents two discourses on true religion in which he explains in great detail the differences between the religion of the mind and the religion of the spirit. In your opinion do Jesus’ comments on the religion of the mind constitute an indictment of today’s Christian religion?

This
is a limited cross reference between the four Gospels of the Bible and The
Urantia Book. No attempt was made to match all the text in the four Gospels
with the text in The Urantia Book. In almost every instance, the version
of an incident in The Urantia Book is considerably more comprehensive
than the version in the Bible.
Also included are topics in The Urantia Book
that you might find informative. The Bible provides little or no
information on these subjects .

The Rewards
of Isolation. ~ 50:7
There are many rewards for living on a planet on which numerous of the
superhuman administrators [spirit personalities] joined Lucifer in his
rebellion about 200,000 years ago. When we reach heaven [Mansion World Number
One] we may learn that our "trials and tribulations" have a silver
lining.
The Reserve Corps of Destiny. ~ 114:7 ~ This corps is made up of the men and women of each generation who are chosen by the spirit directors of the realm to assist in the conduct of the ministry of mercy and wisdom to the children of time on a planet. As soon as men and women appear on the stage of temporal action with sufficient mental capacity, adequate moral status, and requisite spirituality, they are quickly assigned to the appropriate celestial group of planetary personalities as human liaisons, mortal assistants. In the 1930s there were 962 persons in this corps. [This number fluctuates as persons die or are admitted to the corps.]
